Dr. Paul Saladino is a classically trained physician and a certified functional medicine practitioner (IFMCP), with a Master of Health Science and Physician Assistant degree from Washington University, and an MD from the University of Arizona. For the past 15 years, his main focus has been figuring out the optimal practices for sleeping, eating, exercising, and losing weight. His unique approach considers health a journey of self-awareness and exploration.
